ICAP at Columbia University, a global health leader situated within the Columbia University Mailman School of Public Health in New York City, seeks highly qualified candidates to serve as Director of Administration and Finance in Nairobi. The incumbent will support the administrative, financial, and operational requirements of the organization.

 

ICAP seeks highly qualified and experienced candidates to fill the Director of Administration and Finance position by March 1st, 2022.The successful candidate will hold a graduate degree in Finance or Accounting and CPA/ACCA, public administration, or management and a minimum of 5 years of experience:

  • managing complex domestic or international public health projects;
  • working within the PEPFAR operating environment;
  • working directly with and administering USG agency grants, cooperative agreements, and contracts.

He will demonstrate a deep knowledge of federal appropriations law and USG rule and regulations.
