ICAP at Columbia University, a global health leader situated within the Columbia University Mailman School of Public Health in New York City, seeks highly qualified candidates to serve as Finance and Administration Officer in Brazil. The incumbent will ensure compliance to administrative and financial procedures, ensure sound management of donor funds, track expenditures and supervise the finance and assistant in support of the implementation of projects in Brazil.

ICAP seeks highly qualified and experienced candidates to fill the Finance and Administration Officer position by January 2022. The successful candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field and a minimum of three (3) years experience in accounting and working with an international NGO.

The incumbent will have demonstrated experience with proficiency in accounting software including QuickBooks. The Finance and Administration Officer will have the ability to adhere to and implement ICAP, donor, and Columbia University policy and procedures.
