ICAP at Columbia University, a global health leader situated within the Columbia University Mailman School of Public Health in New York City, seeks highly qualified candidates to serve as Case Identification and Key Population Services Advisor-Ethiopia. The incumbent will be supports the design and implementation of DSD, HIV case finding, partner notification, post-exposure prophylaxis, key population services, care & treatment, adherence to retention in care, lab support, M&E and quality improvement activities.

ICAP seeks highly qualified and experienced candidates to fill the Case Identification and Key Population Services Advisor by February 15, 2020.The successful candidate will hold an MD and a minimum of 5 years’ experience involved in care and treatment of HIV/AIDS clients.

The incumbent will have a demonstrated Experience in Experience in HIV program technical coordination, Experience in teaching, mentoring, organizing and conducting training, Experience in development of national documents  related to HIV/AIDS Programs, Excellent interpersonal and coordination skills
