ICAP at Columbia University, a global health leader situated within the Columbia University Mailman School of Public Health in New York City, seeks highly qualified candidates to serve as Central Care & Treatment Advisor for Transition Support-Ethiopia. The incumbent will be responsible to provide technical assistance and oversight for treatment programs and interventions with particular focus on linkage to care, initiation of antiretroviral therapy (ART) in Ethiopia.

ICAP seeks highly qualified and experienced candidates to fill the Care & Treatment Advisor for Transition Support by February 15, 2020.The successful candidate will hold an MD and a minimum of three (3) years of experience in the HIV Care and treatment program Advisor

The incumbent will have a demonstrated track record working on US Government-supported PEPFAR programs including HIV program technical coordination, teaching, mentoring, organizing and conducting training, development of national documents related to HIV/AIDS Programs.
