The incumbent will be responsible to the overall implementation of Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) in the region.
ICAP seeks highly qualified and experienced candidates to fill the Regional Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning Advisor position by May, 2024.The successful candidate will hold Bachelor degree in health sciences or related discipline preferably with advanced degree in Epidemiology, Biostatistics or Equivalent combination of education and experience and a minimum of 2 years’ experience in in the design, implementation and management of health monitoring, evaluation and learning systems.
